Yoga fundamentals, 60 minutes. Keep your practice going strong. Clinic Yoga sequences are different every time, and draw from several yoga traditions including Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. You'll work a little, sweat a little, learn something, and be glad you've done your mind and body some good. You can book up to 15 minutes before a class. You'll receive a ZOOM invite via email shortly before the start time. And if you've signed up for a class but then can't make it, no problem: each class is recorded and you'll have access to it for a week!
