Choose from two
locations, three classrooms & a large variety of
classes
We offer one regular-temperature
classroom in Paso Robles and two heated classrooms—one in Paso
Robles and one in Templeton—each equipped with a state-of-the-art
infrared heating system. Our warm classes average around
86°F, while hot classes range from 90–104°F. Please refer
to individual class descriptions for specific temperature
details.
Each week, we offer over 50
in-studio group classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
Our diverse schedule includes restorative and therapeutic yoga,
sculpt, HIIT, vinyasa, power, hatha, Pilates, sound bath, and
fusion classes.
We also specialize in one-on-one
training for results and truly personalized practice. Private
sessions are a great introduction to yoga and can support increased
athletic performance, stress reduction, spiritual growth, and the
release of physical or energetic blockages.
Our mobile yoga program brings
the class of your choice directly to you. Whether it’s in your
home, at a retreat, a work meeting, vacation rental, family
reunion, bachelorette party, or special event, we make practicing
yoga convenient and memorable. The possibilities are endless.
