Full Body Blend offers you a blend of strength & length with time for sculpting and mobility. A portion of class is for sculpting with light weights, resistance bands, and other equipment. A portion of time is dedicated to fascia work using myofascial release tools like a tennis ball & foam roller. There will also be a blend of wall work, plus strengthening for both bone health and muscle activation. Increase balance, strength, and flexibility through micro and macro movements, flossing, rinses out, toning exercises, and more.
