About the Class

With low impact core focused movements and high-intensity intervals of HIIT, the combination of structure of class is calorie burning, improving cardiovascular health, boosting metabolism, increasing muscle tone, and strength.  This class is for both beginners and experienced students with modifications available and the option to pace class out at your own rate.   Class is with fun high energy music, encouragement, and a holistic approach for all students to feel the benefits on time on the mat    Infrared heat add to the experience and has many heaing benefits. We optimizes your fitness by keeping heat at a balanced heat that enhances and does not take away from the class experience. 

Special Instructions

Bring water and we encourage putting electroytes and trace minerals into your water.  Come to class at least 10 minutes before to have time to take off shoes, put your stuff in the cubbies, use restroom, fill up water, put your mat down, and have time to settle in  Need a high performance mat, we rent them out for $3 otherwise bring your own or we have mats for sale.
