Anita Speciale began practicing yoga in 2005 during her long career in investment management. Captured by the joys and challenges within yoga, she completed the YogaWorks Teacher Training in Walnut Creek, CA, led by Mynx Inatsugu and Melanie Salvatore-August. She has also completed workshops in the traditions of Ashtanga, (led by Angie Norwood), Shadow Yoga, (Catherine Halcombe), and Ayurveda, (Scott Blossom). She offers her students a welcoming, safe environment in which to explore clear alignment, a flowing practice, and the interaction of breath, body, and mind. She pursues her home practice and teaches private and group sessions in Paso Robles, CA.
