3 month Commitment: By purchasing this membership, you are committing to at least 3 months of membership.
No Holds: Membership benefits cannot be paused or put on hold for any reason.
Credit Card On File: This membership requires that a valid credit card remain on file for monthly membership fees, accounts without a valid credit card on file will revert to our month-to-month pass.
No Refunds: 3 months membership fee is non-refundable, including during the promotional period.
Non-Transferable: This membership is non-transferable and cannot be sold or given to another person.
Student Referral Program Exclusion: This membership is eligible for our student referral program, New member if referred by existing student gets 10% off 1st month's dues.

Monthly Unlimited Yoga

Our drop-in yoga class is the perfect way to experience the benefits of yoga without having to commit to a full membership. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, our drop-in classes are designed to be welcoming and inclusive.

In each class, you will learn a variety of poses that are designed to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. You will also learn how to connect your breath with your movements, helping you to find a sense of inner peace and tranquility.

Our experienced and dedicated teachers will guide you through each pose, ensuring that you are safe and comfortable. They will also offer modifications for poses, so that you can tailor the class to your own individual needs.

Mindful Moment- Drop in

Embark on a transformative journey that cultivates your authentic teaching style and equips you with 3 months of practical experience. Our program's unique blend of skills development and classroom immersion sets you apart from day one.

Program Highlights:

200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training led by experienced teachers , plus guest instructors.

Comprehensive curriculum covering yoga history, philosophy, anatomy, asana, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, and more.

Hands-on teaching experience starting after the first month, with guidance and feedback.

With this package, you will receive 8 yoga classes that you can use whenever you want. There are no blackout dates or restrictions, so you can use your classes at your own pace.

This is the perfect way to stay flexible with your yoga schedule and make sure that you can get your practice in, even when you are on the go.

Our experienced and dedicated teachers will guide you through each pose, ensuring that you are safe and comfortable. In a supportive and welcoming environment, you will learn the basics of yoga and begin to develop your own practice.
