A heated power yoga class that infuses HIIT (high intensity interval training) into the flow, to intensify and maximize strength. Traditional postures are melded with a variety of high intensity movements such as squats, lunges, burpees, jumping jacks and so many more. While this class is strong and dynamic, we welcome all levels, and you are free to move through the class at your own pace. Room is heated between 89 and 93 degrees.
