HYP is a Hot Yoga & Pilates +
Wellness studio located in Ripon, Ca. We believe in community and
the power of bringing people and energy together. We hope that
everyone who comes into HYP feels a sense of belonging, a sense of
peace, and a sense of being part of something greater.
We know that through things such as
movement, giving our bodies the health and wealth that it needs and
deserves (good food, good thoughts, a good sweat, etc), slowing
down and being more mindful and present, and pushing yourself out
of your comfort zone and into adversity, that our bodies and minds
are more than capable of healing, growing, & changing.
HYP offers 3 different types of hot
classes along with 1 non-heated class. All classes are meant to
compliment each other, building strength & discipline. Whether
you have been practicing for years or starting for the first time,
any class offered at HYP is designed for you!
Because we truly believe in healing
our mind and body at every level we also offer many different
wellness amenities to our studio such as a cold plunge, an infrared
sauna, a juice bar, and halotherapy!
