Embark on a transformative journey in our advanced bikram yoga class, a dynamic practice conducted in a heated room. This Intermediate class consists of a series of 41 postures meticulously designed to systematically work every part of the body, inside and out. The heat promotes detoxification, increases flexibility, and enhances circulation, while the sequence cultivates strength, balance, and mental focus. Only requirement is that you have taken a handfull of bikram yoga classes. Prepare to challenge yourself physically and mentally as you harness the power of heat to deepen your practice.
Please arrive 15 minutes early if you are new to class. If you are already enrolled in the class please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes early. Once the class starts, you will not be permitted to enter the hot room.
