All Levels Yoga - This is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class that will help lengthen and strengthen. You will learn to move with your breath. You should expect a gentle warm up, followed by sequenced flows that build up to standing postures. We will also work on balancing, back bending, and some intermediate poses as options. Then a nice cool down to help balance mind and body. Pilates Fusion - The is a fitness class that will incorporate Pilates, Barre, Strength Training, and some Cardio in a jam-packed fun paced class. Expect to build long lean muscle in the core. This is an excellent class to tone and lose weight. Strength Yoga - This is a Power Yoga format that will focus on building strength in the legs, shoulders, & core by using dynamic and isometric movements. Based on Yoga Postures, with a little functional movement influence. Modifications will be available for all levels. Circuit Training Cardio & Strength - Using the equipment in the gym, we will do team training with circuits. Choice of Cardio Machines, then focus on Upper Body, Lower Body, & Core, balanced between High Intensity and Tabata pacing. Please wear tennis shoes. You will learn how to properly use equipment and body alignment. Spin & Strength Get your sweat on with SPIN! This class will also incorporate light weights, resistance training and stretching.
