This is a beginner to all levels yoga class and encouraged for pregnant and new moms too. In this lighthearted and slow-paced yoga practice, each step forward on your mat is an opportunity to go within. This class provides a balance of relaxation poses, stretching, slight core building, with slower paced postures. This class flows beautifully between multipe styles such as Hatha Yoga, Flow, & Yin Yoga. This is where beginners should start their journeys on their mat. Also great to cross train, rehab from a surgery or injury, or reset your nervous system and body. You will experience the energetic benefits, physical, and mental in this class.
