About the Class

Hot Hatha is a positive spin on the Bikram 27 posture series.  You will expect a Set Series (Consistent each class).  Postures are held between 30-60 seconds per side, with few dynamic flows for transitions. Intense heat provides health benefits including rinsing out toxins from the body. This class offers a challenging, yet consistent series to help build strength and stamina.   Recommended Beginners HAAM (85 degrees) but not required. Temperature: Heated 100-105 Degrees. Humidity 45-50%. Level: All Levels. NOT AVAILABLE FOR PREGNANT STUDENTS
