

Vinyasa Flow for Beginners to Intermediate, set in a non-heated room. This class will focus on sequencing Hatha Asanas with breath to movement, building heat, strength, and flexibility. Strong alignment and Pranayama cues. Expect a warm up, Salutations, Standing Postures, & Cool Down to move your spine in all directions while balancing your mind body with intentional breathing. Temperature: Room Temperature (68-75 Degrees) Level: Beginner to Intermediate (all levels welcome)
