

Get ready for a dynamic Vinyasa class that weaves in all five of the Ayurvedic elements (Space, Water, Fire, Air, and Earth) into the rhythmic and grounding asana sequence. The elements used to guide the flow of postures by focusing on the qualities associated with each element, aiming to bring balance and harmony to the body and mind during your practice. Each class will incorporate pranayama, or yogic breathwork, as well as a meditative beginning and end to leave you feeling uplifted, renewed and ready for the week ahead.

Please enter through our front entrance on Maclay Ave. Check-ins will be done at the front desk. There is free 2hr parking on Maclay, as well as additional parking throughout the residential areas of Mountain View and Harding. Please arrive 15 mins early to find parking and get settled on your mat. Class will start promptly on time, and front door will be locked. Pre-paid reservations will be required as we have limited spaces available. If you register but are unable to attend class, please cancel reservation with a minimum of 2 hours notice to avoid the $10 Late Cancelation Fee or forfeiture of class pass.
