About the Class

Our Hot Yoga Strength class combines the practice of traditional yoga poses with strength training. Designed to enhance and increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and core stablity, essentially combining the benefits of hot yoga with resistance training through the use of light weights or body weight.  Explore your next level of S T R E N G T H, increase your metabolic rate, and work to get stronger and leaner by challenging your body and mind.

What to bring: Yoga Mat, Towel, Water What to leave at the door: Shoes, Worries, Ego Welcome Om Everyone! Our indoor studio is NOW OPEN!  Please enter through our front entrance on Maclay Ave. Check-ins will be done at the front desk. There is free 2hr parking on Maclay, as well as additional parking throughout the residential areas of Mountain View and Harding. Please arrive 15 mins early to find parking and get settled on your mat. Class will start promptly on time, and front door will be locked. Pre-paid reservations will be required as we have limited spaces available. If you register but are unable to attend class, please cancel reservation with a minimum of 2 hours notice to avoid the $10 Late Cancelation Fee or forfeiture of class pass.
