About the Class

This is the perfect class for a student who is either new to yoga or looking to return to the basics.  Learn foundational yoga postures and alignment, breathing practice, meditation, deep relaxation, and other techniques to build a strong yoga practice.  Yoga can help with increasing the flexibility of the spine, range of motion of your joints, core strength, balance and focus, relaxation and ability to sleep, body awareness and energy and vitality.  Taught in a slower pace to allow for a deeper explanation on the benefits of the postures and breathwork. Modifications and accelerations, and prop use are offered to help customize your experience.  Your journey starts here.

What to bring: Yoga Mat, Towel, Water What to leave at the door: Shoes, Worries, Ego Welcome Om Everyone! Our indoor studio is NOW OPEN!  Please enter through our front entrance on Maclay Ave. Check-ins will be done at the front desk. There is free 2hr parking on Maclay, as well as additional parking throughout the residential areas of Mountain View and Harding. Please arrive 15 mins early to find parking and get settled on your mat. Class will start promptly on time, and front door will be locked. Pre-paid reservations will be required as we have limited spaces available. If you register but are unable to attend class, please cancel reservation with a minimum of 2 hours notice to avoid the $10 Late Cancelation Fee or forfeiture of class pass.
