Through synchronized breathwork, you and your partner will learn to harmonize your energies and create a beautiful flow of love between you.     Objectives ~Learning to use your breath to connect the wisdom of your body, feelings, and connect with your partner in a more embodied way. ~Develop skills to create more intimacy, freshness, and love flow with conscious breathing. ~Discover insights to deepen intimacy with your partner, creating a Spiritual ( referencing Non-Dual Tantric Perspective) and Holistic Integral approach   In this 4-hour workshop, using the Spiritual (Non-Dual Tantric Perspective) and Holistic Integral approach we will explore, learn, and practice ~ How to deepen intimacy and love with our partner — and keep it alive — rather than letting it become an old, mechanical, and unconscious routine that leads to stagnation as we move through life! ~ How to deepen our skill, to communicate, to touch, to be sensitive, and be in the present moment, to enjoy and grow together   Some of the breathing practices we will do in this class are: Embracing your body and breath and awakening your inner lover! Inner Connection Fostering intimacy, touching from the inner body, a breath hug. Gift of presence Tuning into each other’s breathing: Speaking with breath words Breathing with eye and body contact: Fully Available ----------- “It is possible for a couple to be so ONE that they transcend all space and time and in that know One Goodness, One God-ness, One Love, One utter Realisation that knows no end.” “When you are really, truly called into Deeper Intimacy, your life is no longer yours as a separate sense of self.
