Our skeletal and muscular structure cannot evolve fast enough to
support the rapid increase in life expectancies together  with
the stressful pace of our lives.   As little as an hour a
week of yoga can make a big difference.  Integrating the yoga
principles of posture, movement, and body awareness into our
everyday lives can yield great benefits to our overall well
being.
 
Journey of self
discovery


In addition to a full-body workout, a constant theme is to
balance the dimensions of our mind, body and spirit.  Focusing
on body awareness and the breath can break our patterns of mental
and emotional thrashing.  Imagine how rich your life would be
if you could harvest some of this wasted energy.  Yoga guides
us on a journey of self discovery by shifting our life fulcrum to a
more powerful position of balance.  Even a small shift however
brief opens new possibilities.
