Functional Fitness is a strength-based workout designed to build and maintain strength in order to improve your body’s ability to perform everyday movements with efficiency and ease. Remaining on your mat for the entirety of the class, you will work through a series of exercises targeting multiple muscle groups at once, including resistance training with dumbbells and bands, stability focused core work, controlled movements with a focus on form over speed, and dynamic movements intended to mimic everyday movement patterns. Functional Fitness is a great foundational class for all levels, that is designed with great intention to be challenging yet effective for beginner exercisers, all the way to advanced.
FRIENDLY REMINDER – CANCELATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY: Members who cancel their booking within 4 hours of the class's starting time will be charged $10 late cancel fee. Class package holders and drop-ins will lose their class credit associated with that booking. Unlimited members who no-show for class will be charged a $15 no-show fee, while class package holders and drop-ins will lose the class credit associated with that booking.
