Sara Shaw became a certified children's yoga teacher because she knew all the benefits of her own practice, and deeply wanted to bring that into the lives of children. She teaches yoga currently at a local elementary school here in SCV. She is a mom to three growing girls, and was an elementary school teacher before being a stay at home mom. She loves being active, animals, and of course yoga!
