CranioSacral Therapy offers deep rest to the body, mind, and
nervous system so that you feel calm, centered, and grounded in
your best self.
You can expect to remain fully clothed minus your shoes and
spend the duration of your appointment lying down on your back to
receive the treatment for a deeply restorative experience.
Online 90 min appointments are available Mondays between 5:15-
6:45 pm.

Yoga Studio

The Canopy Yoga and Wellness service is a collective of wellness
teachers and healers from the Three Rivers community. Our studio is
lovingly named The Canopy as it overlooks a canopy of native
sycamore and oak trees on the bank of the roaring Kaweah River, at
a confluence where the main and East forks meet. During the spring
and summer months, the sounds of the river accompany all classes
and services. We welcome everyone to this special place and aim to
accentuate the healing of this water and land with kindess and
intention.
