Uses Pilates Principles, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which burns fast. IHP Level 2 classes incorporate more weight-bearing exercises, such as bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, and shoulder presses. Youcan expect more complex movements and larger ranges of motion. Each class includes challenges to improve stability and balance.
