Originally from Baltimore, Maryland Alice has been living in Southern California since 2016. It was the year after she was introduced to the practice of yoga. The move across the country was proving to be difficult and yoga kept her grounded and on track. She noticed benefits the practice gave her off the mat and it encouraged her to spend more time on the mat. In 2018 she received her 200-Hatha YTT HR from Orange Coast College. After the training, she spent the following years working in studios in Orange County, Long Beach and continued her education in Yin. It was clear to her that the community of yoga was a strong one that she was going to be a part of. Since then she has worked in the music and wine world, a few of her other passions. Travel has been a big part of her life the last decade but she has been grounding down in this new chapter of life. Alice loves teaching yoga because she can see the shift in perspective the practice creates in her students, and that can really change everything.
