Michelle began her yoga journey 12 years ago and found an instant love for the practice. She always had an affinity for wellness, spirituality, mysticism, and knowledge of self.  Yoga opened up a door of healing and presence in her life and she continued to practice daily along with meditation, Ayurveda, and reiki. In 2017 she completed a 10 day Vipassana course and in 2019 she completed her 200 hr RYT training at La Casa Shambala in Thailand. Working in a Montessori preschool, Michelle became the children’s yoga teacher along with teaching private adult lessons.  She began teaching in studios in 2022 and loves the collective energy of flowing together in a space. She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, and yin style but also loves breathwork, chanting, dance, intuitive movement, and listening to what the body needs. She feels she is merely a vessel to share the medicine of yoga and a forever student.
