Let us help you downshift your body and nervous system to end your day. We will use yoga and breath work to release tension (with or without Yoga Tune Up Balls and other props). We will move from a more active state to a more relaxed, receiving one. The majority of the class will be done lying down to help prepare you for a good night's sleep. Proper modifications can be made to accommodate all ages, body types, ability levels, and previous injuries. Come join us and see how it is possible for everyone to practice yoga. All ages and ability levels welcome. No previous yoga experience required.
Please join 10-15 minutes beforehand to communicate with the instructor about your current needs. Anticipate using a strap, 2 blocks, 2-4 blankets, and a bolster.
