regularly scheduled weekly classes are all donation based, and we
have a welcoming community and friendly teachers. 
We offer:
-A variety of styles (Hot, HPF, Vinyasa, Curvy, Restorative,
Yin, Adaptive, Beginners and more)

-Workshops and specialty classes
-Yoga teacher trainings
-Continuing education
...so we can meet you wherever you are in your journey!
Our Austin Bluffs location is between Batteries Plus and
Popeyes. We have two different entrances. If your class is listed
as “Downstairs”, you'll enter through suite 100; if it's “Upstairs”
suite 200. 
Additional parking is available behind the building.

Our Pikes Peak location is just across fromt the skate park at
Memorial Park. The entrance is at the back of the
building. 
 
Additional parking is available:
-In the lot across the street at Farragut at all times
-After 5 pm, M-F, in the ARC parking lot across the alley
-In the 'Reserved for Action Potential' spots after hours (as
posted)
