Samantha Stang E-RYT 500 YACEPSam has been teaching yoga since 2017. Sam's love affair with yoga was a on/off again love affair for years until 2012 when it became a full fledge commitment. Sam's love of yoga shows up in her personal practice that influences her teaching.Sam has taken numerous yoga teacher trainings: teaching adaptive yoga gives her the chance to think out of the box and figure out how to make each yoga pose accessible (she trained with Matthew Sanford); yin training has really brought out Sam's love for holding and moving slowly with each yoga pose which definitely shows up in her vinyasa class (where she takes time to really experience the pose in your body for that day- this is a priority in her classes). Along with teaching adaptive, yin and vinyasa she also teaches restorative yogaand curvy yoga. Sam has also taken pelvic floor trainings ( with Restore Your Core) that let's her help so many who have pelvic floor issues.Sam has taught various workshops including Yin and Roll, Yoga for Athletes, Pelvic Floor, Creating a Mandala and even yoga storytime workshops.
