Born in the shadow of Pikes Peak, Caleb Hall is a teacher whose heart is deeply rooted in the mountains of Colorado. Inspired by nature around him, Caleb teaches with creativity, connection, and the breath as cornerstones to his practice. He began practicing yoga in 2013 at the age of 13 and became a certified teacher in the summer of 2020. He uses his 10 years of practice to inform his own teachings.Arts and expression play an integral role in his teaching. In August 2021 he completed his B.A. in Visual and Performing Arts from the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs. A typical class with Caleb will involve invitations to explore the self and world in new ways— while enjoying the pleasure of movement. Expect sequences connected intelligently with the breath that become a dance of the mind, body, and soul.In August 2021, he began offering workshops in the effort to deepen self-expression and as a way to extend a hand to marginalized communities. Yoga for Artists utilizes the meditative qualities of yoga to enter an intuitive state. From this space, he guides you through the creation of a work of art that becomes a reflection of your body and mind. Caleb, alongside a dedicated group of peers, developed a workshop for the LGBTQ+ community in his home town— perhaps the first of its kind in his hometown. This workshop serves the LGBTQ+ yoga practitioner as a space of empowerment in an accessible manner by offering it in-person/livestream, as a donation class, and with physical accessibility as the core. Furthermore, 75% of proceeds are donated to LGBTQ+ identified organizations in his city. Caleb Hall looks forward to offering more workshops in the future.Yoga, like art, is experienced in the liminality- the “in between.” It is a dance of the physical and mental— the tangible and intangible. You will experience the space in between comfort and discomfort, yourself and the world, and your Self and the universe.
