About the Class

This class is a traditional Vinyasa Flow that connects movement and breath. It is designed to increase flexibility, build core strenth, improve balance, and promote mindfulness. It consists of a warm-up, 2-3 sequences of movement and breath, a challenge which may include learning a new pose or a core sequence, and a cool down with stretching.   All levels welcome.   Must be 12+ years old 12-14 year olds must be accompanied by a paying parent/gaurdian   NOT heated
