Heated Yoga Flow Dial up the heat on your practice with a strengthening Vinyassa flow in a warm room. Good for beginners and advanced yogis. Water bottle and towel are recommended. Calling it Heated Yoga gives us space to create our own sequence. “Hot Yoga” sounds like a Bikram flow, and this is not that. The approach in having a heated room is to create a set sequence so that 1) It's more accessible in both languages, 2) It creates consistency so clients can see improvement over time and, 3) Students can learn the poses in either language without breaking their flow. It would be in keeping with the values of B+S - accessible and with plenty of options.
