All skill level! (seriously) This style of strength training is designed to build lean functional muscles by using weights and bodyweight movements to improve endurance (for yoga and for life). Working with Time Under Tension (TUT) and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to accomplish muscle fatigue safely for joint health and longivity. All with plenty of progressions and regressions to best meet you where you are on your journey.
Please bring a yoga mat. Come prepared 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Please bring a water bottle so you can stay hydrated. The studio has a reverse osmosis water filter. If it is your first time at the studio make sure to fill out the waiver online. Most of all enjoy yourself and your time in the studio. E8YOGA
