Hi there! I’m Isi (she/her/hers) and I have been teaching yoga since 2017. I began practicing yoga in college to support my mental health, and became passionate about the practice as a means of supporting the mind-body connection. My intention is to cultivate a warm and supportive environment in my classes for students to honor their present moment experience in body and mind. In my classes you will explore your edges, connect with your breath, and play with fun and unique sequences. All levels are welcome, come as you are!
