This is a fun, light-hearted yoga class that is great for all levels. In this class we will mix yoga poses with Yamuna Body Rolling, Foam Rolling, and other modalities to get your body moving. We fondly call this our recovery class because our aches and pains are better when class is over. By the end of this class you will be ready for what ever you life has in store for you! Please save your spot early and bring your own yoga mat.
