Toddler Yoga

New to our community? We welcome you! Join for your first month at a discount of $19.50/class. Your little yogis will meet new friends, learn breathing for emotional regulation, and improve their balance and coordination.

Sundays 10:30-11:30 AM
Thursdays 6:15-7:15 PM

New Prenatal Monthly Member

New to our community? We welcome you! Join for your first month at a discount of $16.50/class while you reconnect to your deep core and pelvic floor, stretch out postpartum aches, and practice mindfulness.

New Postpartum Monthly Member

New to our community? We welcome you! Join for your first month at a discount of $19.50/class. While you practice getting out of the house with your baby, you'll enter into a judgment-free community with like-minded mamas and their babies.

Class schedule:
-Mondays 9:30-10:15 AM (6 weeks to 8 months)
-Mondays 10:45-11:30 AM (9 months to 18 months)
