About the Class

This can be applied to either of our postpartum class offerings. Each week, you will continue strengthening your deep core and pelvic floor muscles, stretching out postpartum aches, and practicing mindfulness.

Special Instructions

Wednesdays 9:30-10:45 AM. All yoga props are provided for you. Please bring a small blanket and a toy (no lights or sounds) for your baby.    Parking is available on-site.
