Be a yes person! This intermediate Vinyasa practice has all the feels. The temperature and the pace are taken up a notch while linking poses with breath to create a moving mediation. Refining basic poses and introducing intermediate poses, this fun class also pays equal attention to posture and transition. We will learn how to explore sensation in our bodies and use breath to awaken energy that is stuck or blocked deep in our tissues, muscles, cells and energy body. All-levels are welcome.
