Heartfulness Meditation

About the Class

Newcomers are highly encouraged to attend at 7:15pm. This is a simple heartbased meditation practice where we focus on the heart as a way to become more peaceful and conscious. Led by certified Heartfulness Meditation instructors you will be supported by their guidance/transmission and the collective energy of the group. After we meditate in silence there will be a short period of time to journal any insights or observations and a reading will be shared.
