About the Event

A regular restorative practice is like filling up your own reservoir.  The energy required just to 'keep our heads above water' can be depleting.  Ojas, which is our inner vitality, resilience and immunity, is renewed and replenished with experiences of Deep Rest like this. Refill and refuel yourself with restorative practices! Friday 4-6 pm  $30 until the Tuesday prior to the session, then $35   Settle your heart & mind into a steady CALM rhythm for the transition to longer days: You'll feel soooo good.  Restorative yoga is: Getting to the still quiet place - finding the small ruby– at the core of your own being. It is going into a deeper “chill-out” than you probably have ever experienced without mood enhancing pharmaceuticals. We use: Fully supported yoga postures create deep relaxation and release. Slow and gentle movement, breathing, and quiet focus  create a profound sense of rest. Slow way down to leave feeling refreshed and renewed. The nervous system benefits by being “re-set” on a regular basis, and this is the very best way to do it! What about the Tibetan Bowls? Sound healing is an effective and proven modality that uses sound vibration to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace, well being and better health.  Let your body, mind and heart let go into AHHHHHHH .. .. .. … .. .. . .. . The combination of the restorative poses, and the vibration of nine Tibetan bowls will surely “take you there.”
