Balance: We provide a variety of classes to give your body cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance training. Empowerment & Education: We help you to do your best so you can be your best. “Can't” is not allowed. At V you CAN! Our degreed staff will help teach you the fundamentals of fitness...proper warm up and cool down, various modifications for those who have limitations and various challenges for those who are looking to push to the next level. Whether you exercise with us or somewhere else, you will learn proper fitness to take with you anywhere! Fun & Flexible: While we're serious about providing you a safe, effective workout, we plan them with fun in mind. Exercise doesn't have to be a chore. We also provide various packages so you can choose which one fits best with your schedule. Integrity: We follow ACSM Guidelines, American Red Cross Procedures, SPINNING and TRX Suspension Training Protocols, YogaFit Principles, and the Zumba Formula. The guidelines we follow allow for a safe, effective workout. We will not sacrifice your safety for a “fad” workout program. Safety & Support: If an exercise isn't safe, it's not worth doing. Your body should be honored and protected. We also provide you the support to keep going with your fitness program. We're a family and we take care of each other. Honesty: No fluff here!
