  Therapeutic yoga is designed to reduce stiffness and support healing. Themed classes with specific areas of focus are offered as well as accomodations and modifications for special populations. Gain strength, improve range of motion, and flexibility, focus on alignment and stability and bring awareness to overall equanimity in mind, body, spirit.  Postures and movements are accessible to all levels.
