Sweat, Melt, Sculpt! This class is as much of an art as it is a science. In this heated class, we use unilateral training with weights and bands to isolate joint stabilizers and specific muscle groups for targeted all over body strength training with particular focus on core and glutes. Learn how to activate the harder to target muscles, and come prepared to sweat!
Please bring your own mat and water bottle, many students bring a mat and/or hand towel.
