Clean Slate A quick shower is required before you take the plunge.   Towel Time Bring your own towel to dry off; we love Mother Earth as much as you do. Special Consideration For the well-being of all our members, we kindly ask that if you're menstruating, please refrain from plunging. Thank you for your understanding.   No-Show Policy Missing an appointment? That'll be a $20 fee.
