About the Class

 Phoenix Method™Repair, restore and rebuild. This hatha class is designed for all beginners, athletes: runners, cyclists, tennis players, golfers, tri-athletes, cross trainers, beginners to hot yoga or anyone returning from an injury. We correct imbalances created in part from repetitive movements or insufficient movement. Phoenix Method™ will be practiced in a warm room. Props will be utilized to ensure proper alignment to heal and restore your body. Returning you back to peak performance in your chosen sport while developing the strength to help you avoid future injury.
