Join us for an engaging, all-levels aerial yoga experience designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility while keeping movement playful and accessible. This class emphasizes creative flow sequences using the aerial hammock to enhance coordination, stability, and body awareness. As students progress, we’ll explore foundational inversions, flips, and dynamic transitions in a supportive and encouraging environment. Each session concludes with a calming floating meditation, allowing you to unwind, reset, and leave feeling refreshed. This class offers both a full-body workout and an opportunity to have fun while developing new skills. Beginners and intermediate students are welcome. What to Wear: Please wear fitted sleeves and leggings to protect the fabric and your skin. Remove all jewelry before class. If you prefer to wear socks, ensure they have grip soles for safety.
