dedicated yoga studio. We teach Iyengar Yoga, Yin, Restorative, and
Gentle yoga. Our classes are traditionally taught, with no heat. We
have a rope wall and a dizzying array of props.  Every
body, every age, every one can learn yoga here. No matter what your
skill or condition, we can help you grow in your practice. Clean,
friendly, accessible, and inspiring, we are what you have been
looking for in a yoga home. Drop in students are always welcome. A
Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist teaches here.
Located at the corner of 3rd and Beech in downtown Fernandina on
Amelia Island, FL. We have over 26 classes each week, and there is
