Marybeth is a skilled and experienced teacher in the fields of Iyengar Yoga and Ayurveda. With a passion for holistic health and wellness, she has dedicated her life to mastering the art of Iyengar Yoga, Ayurveda, Marma Therapy, and Pancha Karma.Having started her journey in Iyengar Yoga back in 1982, Marybeth become a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 1991 and has over three decades of experience. Throughout her career, Marybeth has owned and operated The Yoga Center of Colorado Springs Co as well as The Yoga Studio in Decorah, Iowa. She has also contributed to academia by teaching Iyengar Yoga and Philosophy at both Colorado College and Luther College.In September 2023, she moved to Fernandina Beach. She also provides Ayurvedic consultations. Marybeth is looking forward to sharing her love of Iyengar Yoga with the Amelia Island community.
