Fresh Prana Yoga

Allegra Preuss was born and raised in Miami Beach. Immersed in the spiritual and movement arts her whole life, she has a BFA in dance and writing from NYU and has been teaching yoga to all kinds of people for the past 7 years. She has multiple supplemental trainings in Katonah Yoga, Kids Yoga, Meditation, Sound healing, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Allegra is the creator of The Jellyfish Jam and The Observation Deck, and most recently is on the path of becoming a Doula.Her classes consist of delicious, dance-based slow flows, and intelligent restorative poses guided by mystical meditation.
