Welcome to the Intro to Yoga series, a welcoming and supportive class designed for all levels, those new to yoga or returning after a break. This class offers a well-rounded introduction to the philosophy, practice, and structure of yoga. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, balance, strength, manage stress, or explore a deeper connection between body and mind, this class provides a safe space to begin your journey. Perfect for Beginners as well as all levels Learn basic poses, breathwork, yoga philosophy & history Explore props for comfort and support Includes time for Q&A and personal guidance No previous experience or flexibility required—just curiosity.
