Coming from the Corporate world of Financial management it was exactly what I needed. Not only did I learn to check in with myself, it helped me soften the edges of that world and into the calm and nurturing place. After a couple of years my yearning for more of this I decided to take the teacher training so I could help others to perhaps experience this peace and joy. My philosophy is be happy, kind and help whenever the opportunity presents itself.
