Certified to instruct both Yoga and Qigong, I assist people in releasing stagnation and unlocking their unique flow through nourishing stretches, intuitive movements, breathing techniques and a focused mindset. My diverse teaching experience includes various styles of Yoga such as Hatha, Amrit, Kundalini, Vinyassa, Yin, Gentle, Children, Restorative, Partner, Chair. Classes are calmly paced and designed to increase mobility, flexibility and stability while enhancing a deeply peaceful body-mind-breath connection. Qigong is a gentle practice that promotes calmness, balance, and vitality. Qi has been defined as vital life force energy. Qigong Flow classes consist of fluid movement patterns, breathing techniques, full body stretches, and a focused mindset. Qigong will boost your energy levels and promote joint mobility with effortless effort for all ages and ability levels. Classes and events have taken place in many settings over the years: Yoga/Dance studios; Outside; Online; Private Residences; Women’s Circles; Veteran’s Groups; Spas/Resorts; and Sound Healing Ceremonies.
